About Us
Once upon a chill Ishgardian evening — the kind where even dragons would think twice before soaring through the snow — Lady Ophelia Stormslayer and Lord Artoriel Fortemps found themselves staring into the fire of Stormslayer Manor’s grand hearth after another long week of work, wondering what, exactly, there was left to celebrate.The wars were long ended. The treaties signed. The city rebuilding. Yet Ishgard still clung to its solemnity — noble halls filled with candlelight but little laughter. So, in defiance of the cold, the two conspirators of warmth made a pact.“If the city will not celebrate,” Ophelia said, swirling her glass of mulled wine, “then we shall.”“And if it must be done properly,” Artoriel replied, smirking faintly, “then it must be done our way — with brass and bouquet.”Thus, Brass & Bouquet was born — not as a business, but as a rebellion against boredom. What began as quiet supper clubs and secret card nights for close friends soon became candlelit galas, midnight masquerades, and champagne-soaked wedding ceremonies that could thaw even Coerthas’ frozen heart.Over time, word spread beyond Ishgard’s gates. Adventurers spoke of the mysterious hosts who could turn any hall, tavern, or windswept field into a wonderland of light and laughter. From Thavnair’s shimmering shores to Shirogane’s moonlit gardens, Brass & Bouquet became a name whispered with fondness — a promise of joy, beauty, and belonging.Today, Lady Ophelia carries the torch — or rather, the lantern — continuing the craft of celebration across the Star. General Overview
Brass & Bouquet provides event planning and venue coordination services across the NA and OCE Datacenters of Final Fantasy XIV. These terms ensure fairness, creativity, and a smooth experience for everyone involved.By booking with Brass & Bouquet, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.
Booking & Scheduling
Please be advised, that we only serve SFW events. Should you be looking for something a little more in the intimate direction, we can give you a refferral list of some great places that specialize in those type of events.All events must be scheduled at least one month in advance, unless otherwise arranged.A booking confirmation and planning ticket will be arranged within via the Stormslayer Trading Company Discord. That ticket will be where the agreement of theme, scope, and date are all discussed as well as all additional updates and questions can be put to the team there.A non-refundable deposit of 200,000 Gil is required to secure your date and venue. The amount is applied to your final balance.Brass & Bouquet strives to keep all pricing affordable and accessible. As The Stormslayer Trading Company - our parent company is a Roleplay Centric organization, we are not against in-character negoiations and adjusting our prices should the terms be fair and agreed upon by management.Pricing varies by event size, customization level, and staffing requirements. Final Payments are due ONE WEEK before the event unless otherwise stated in writing.Tips and donations to performers, planners, or venue staff are appreciated but never required.
Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be communicated at least ONE WEEK prior to the event unless agreed otherwise with management.Cancellations outside of the window are subject to partial refund or credit, depending on the stage of preparation and resources committed.Refunds (when applicable) are available for cancellations made at least 72 hours post the event.Brass & Bouquet reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an event in cases of unforeseen emergencies or technical issues. Clients will be notified promptly, and a full refund or reschedule will be offered.
General Liability
Brass & Bouquet is not responsible for lost items, server outages, unexpected maintenences, or in-game interruptions beyond our control.We will always make reasonable efforts to reschedule or adapt to ensure your event still shines.
Creative Design & Customization
Every event is designed from the ground up to match your chosen theme, color palette, and desired ambiance.No two events are identical — we believe in bespoke celebrations, but certain themes may either be recurring and/or currently unavailable for design under the lmitations of FFXIV.We are a Vanilia based organization per TOS. While we don't mind utilizing in game "floating/glitching" we want to advise that if you are looking for more modified designs, we may not be the right fit for you. (And that's ok!!)Our team, will share regular updates in regards to design of the venue for your event, to ensure we are on the right track and style. Final designs will be shared with the client for approval before the event date.Clients may submit visual inspiration or mood boards to help shape the creative process, but Brass & Bouquet reserves final creative direction to ensure quality, consistency and compliance with TOS.
Venue Usage Policies
Clients are granted access to the venue 1 week before their event for familiarization and/or RP/GPose storytelling options.Post-event access is available for up to 72 hours for GPose, or private roleplay. If additional time is needed, please reach out to the team in advance.No external plugins, macros, or modifications that disrupt immersion or performance are permitted during events unless arrangements have been made prior.WIFI Policy - We encourage all those who wish to create their own experiences using Wifi to please create their own channels with exclusive passwords that is only shared with guests. Brass and Bouquet will not provide any Wifi on site but will not force any wifi to be disconnected either. So long as it is not disruptive to the experience, fight club rules apply in our venues/events.
Conduct & Ettiquitte
All attendees are expected to maintain respectful behavior toward staff, hosts, and guests at all times.Discrimination, harassment, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event.Events are RP and GPose friendly — please be considerate of others while posing, emoting, or engaging in roleplay scenes.Brass & Bouquet reserves the right to remove any participant who violates the above, to protect the experience for others.
Media & Promotional Materials
By participating in a Brass & Bouquet event, you consent to non-commercial screenshots and recordings being used for promotional materials or social media, unless you request otherwise in advance.Per TOS, all materials and photos, will have non-modified character models and objects, so please be advised of this as you make your preperations for your events.If you wish for your name, likeness, or character to remain private, please notify the event lead before the event begins.All official promotional art, graphics, or branding remains the property of Brass & Bouquet.

What are we paying for???
Every Brass & Bouquet event is fully inclusive — meaning everything is handled from start to finish:Custom décor and design tailored to your themeFull event coordination leading up to and during your celebrationIn-character catering, bar, and serving staffAccess to your venue one week before and 72 hours after your event for RP and GPose
Booking Deposit
All bookings require a 200,000 Gil Non-Refundable Deposit to reserve your date and begin event coordination.This deposit is applied toward your final balance and ensures your chosen time, theme, and venue are secured.

Partner & Multi-Venue Discounts
For clients hosting across multiple properties or partner venues, significant discounts apply:The first venue (typically your main event site) is charged at full package rate.Each additional venue (for pre-wedding, receptions, or themed RP) is offered at a partner rate of 2 Million Gil each.(Example: hosting your pre-wedding events at our OCE properties and your main ceremony at The Alhambra would total 15 million for the Large Package + 2 Million for each additional property.)Brass & Bouquet strives to keep all pricing affordable and accessible.
